A lifelong resident of the Sparta area, The Doctor's interest in computers started out as a hobby. After years of learning by hands-on experience and tinkering, the Doctor's reputation as a computer guru spread through friends and family and his repair services and computer advice became quite in demand. Word of mouth expanded his notariety and before long the hobby grew into the business which now serves a steadily growing list of customers throughout the local community and beyond.
Not content to rely only on his own experiences and knowledge and because computer technology is a constantly evolving field, Dr. D expanded his knowledge by obtaining a number of industry certifications. He is currently certified in Local Area Networks, PC Repair and Troubleshooting as well as maintaining and upgrading PCs and continually updates his knowledge with additional classes and certifications as computing continues its evolution.
Dedicated to affordable, common sense computer maintenance and repair, Dr D points out that it's not always necessary to physically see the computer for him to be of assistance with a troublesome machine. Many computer problems can be fixed right over the telephone and the Doctor is happy to be of help to you if it's possible. He encourages folks to call before packing up their machine to bring it in. It just might be a simple fix and they can be up and running.
